The instructional videos were created expressly to aid coaches in teaching simple field activities to novice players that will strengthen their skills in dribbling, ball control and running with the ball.

How to use these practice activities?

Each lesson is designed to be 45-1 hour long in length and run for 10 weeks. Coaches, please refer to each activity listed for each lesson and videos at the Cal South channel for your lesson plan.
